As successor to Nippon Christensen Diamond Kogyo established in 1953 which introduced diamond bits for drilling for the first time onto the Japanese commercial market, K.MAIKAI Co., Ltd. has continued to develop the forerunner's products mainly for industries of underground resource development and electric power development while sophistication of the drilling technologies went on. Also as successor to Maikai Trading Shokai, K.MAIKAI Co., Ltd. has taken opportunities to acquire foreign products and technologies during its activities of trading company. The present entity of K.MAIKAI was formed on November 10, 1999 as a separate company originated by these two innovative forerunners engaged in manufacture and trading respectively. Specialized in drilling technologies in the business history of more than 60 years, K.MAIKAI will further endeavor to leap onto higher stages in search for new possibilities.
